At Hinnant Family Vineyards, the story begins with the land and the people who gather on it. Built on a deep respect for agriculture and family tradition, the vineyard is more than a place to grow grapes, it’s a place where neighbors meet, celebrations unfold, and friendships take root. Every harvest reflects a commitment to muscadine education, supporting the local community, and creating welcoming experiences that feel like coming home. Whether sharing a glass with old friends or meeting new ones, Hinnant Family Vineyards is dedicated to cultivating moments that last long after the bottle is empty.

Heritage & Legacy

Hinnant Wine Heritage:
A Tradition in the Making

Originating from the rich soil of North Carolina, Muscadine grapes are a heritage of resilience and flavor. Unlike their European counterparts, these native varieties thrive in our humid climate, producing wines that are uniquely complex, earthy, and deeply satisfying. We believe in celebrating the unique qualities of these grapes, from their vibrant purple skins to the intricate tannins found in every glass.
