All orders must be ordered and shipped in increments of 3 bottles. A 20% discount applies to the purchase of 12 bottles or more.
RETURN POLICY – At Hinnant Family Vineyards, your satisfaction is very important to us. We are committed to delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Order processing time is contingent upon credit card authorization, and does not include weekends or holidays. If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.
We stand behind our wines available online or in our tasting room. If you open a bottle and find that it is defective, we will exchange it for a bottle of equal value. We may issue store credit to be used toward a future purchase. We may also ask for you to return the product to our quality control department for inspection. Please do not dispose of defective products prior to discussing your options. Although we work toward providing you with as much information as possible to help you make a selection you will enjoy, we cannot guarantee that you will like the taste of every bottle of wine you select. Please contact us if you have any issues, we would like the chance to correct the issue.
MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING – It is unusual to receive a damaged product from Hinnant Vineyards. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.
It’s not possible for us to control how bottles are stored once they leave our winery, we will only accept bottles for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items to be returned are subject to evaluation by our staff, and must be accompanied by your original sales receipt.
RETURNS & SHIPPING CHARGES – Returns for refund will be processed less the original shipping and handling charges, and return shipping and handling charges.
