Invite your closest friends and family to Hinnant Family Vineyards for your special occasion, whether it be large or small.  Whether it be a Rehearsal Dinner, Wedding, Bridal Shower, Family Reunion, Graduation Party, Class Reunion, Corporate Meeting, Holiday Party, New Year Celebration, Quinceanera, Bar Mitzvahs, Anniversary Celebration, Birthday Party, or any other occasion, we’ve got your covered!

Tasting Room staff are not able to show the grounds or venue space.

 

WEDDINGS

Our most popular events are wedding celebrations. Celebrate one of the most important days in your life in the most exquisite, romantic, and unique atmosphere. Overlooking the vineyard, our banquet hall is delightfully eccentric with touches of charm at every glance. When arriving at the winery you and your guests will be greeted with not only warm smiles and helpful hands, but you will be welcomed home. With the use of our beautiful indoor Barrel Gallery, your wedding will have all the mystery and whimsy of North Carolina’s largest Muscadine vineyard, with secret retreats and hideaways where guests can relax and bask in the glow of your special day!

     Al Fresco Package – Outdoor rental fee is for the use of our outdoor space which is for an unlimited amount of guests, also includes bridal boutique and restrooms. You will have a one hour time period the day before to rehearse your ceremony outside in the vineyard. The venue is yours as early as 10 AM and your ceremony can begin at anytime, venue closes at 10 PM. In case of bad weather we move your guests under a covered area outside.

     Barrel Gallery Package – Indoor rental fee is for the use of our indoor space which accommodates up to 165 guests. This package will include bridal boutique, restrooms, gold chiavari chairs, tables, and table linens. The venue is yours as early as 10 AM, venue will close at 10 PM followed by one hour for clean up. If more time is needed for your celebration space can be rented for $200.00 per hour.

     Use of Entire Grounds – This package will include all listings in the two previous packages. You will have a one hour time period the day before to rehearse your ceremony outside. With the exception of the front tasting room which is open to the public until 6 PM, the rest of the grounds will be closed to the public during business hours.

Rental Rates are discounted if you choose to rent the space Sunday through Thursday. Please ask event manager about discounted rates.

Event Facility Rental Conditions:

All receptions with 100 guests or less are required to purchase two cases of wine, over 100 guests we require the purchase of three cases of wine. Please keep in mind that Hinnant Vineyards will require the use of our staff for serving alcohol at any event. 100 guests or less you must have one bartender, over 100 guests you must have two bartenders. Each bartender will be $20.00 per hour, this is simply to ensure everything will be handled professionally.

No outside alcohol will be permitted with the exception of beer or champagne, for a small fee.

A 50% deposit is due at contract signing, which is NON refundable for any reason. No refunds for inclement weather will be given. Remember, please make reservations as early as possible.

We welcome anyone to take portraits in the vineyard or in our Barrel Gallery. If you are booking an event with us portrait time is complimentary. For any outside guests we charge a $150.00 fee to take portraits, call for questions or to book a time.
